2013 Journal

In 2013 five bull elk were taken; four in archery.  We had only one rifle bull hunter and she got her bull as shown in the video titled, “Perseverance”.  Seven cow elk were harvested during the rifle season. We had four women as rifle hunting clients this year and all tagged out; four “Annie Oakley Awards”! Two proud fathers watched their daughters shoot cow elk.

 

Due to the impact of Epizootic Hemorrhagic Virus (EHD) on the deer population we did not have any deer hunts.  All of the clients who hunted with us in archery have sent in deposits for next year or 2015 - so it appears that everyone had a great time!
